I feel I need to write a review to address some very unfair negative feedback on this product. Firstly, ignore the people who say it doesn't fit, they must have bought the wrong case. If you order the case for the XR, that's what you get, and it fits absolutely perfectly. It's very well made, lightweight, slim and looks great on the phone. The bumper round the camera stops it touching the surface it is on when the phone is put down, which is just what I was hoping for. It improves grip and shows off the colour. The raised edges also protect the screen. It's a great case, ignore the feedback from people who ordered the wrong one, and buy it with confidence.

This is certainly as thin a case as I wanted and appears to be of very good quality. My previous iPhone 6s was kept in a (very nice) leather 'flip down' case that didn't increase the thickness of the phone by very much at all so it fitted fine in shirt and jacket pockets. This iPhone X however is that much bigger that whatever cases I looked at made it too bulky to go in a shirt pocket. Decided the answer was going to be a tempered glass screen protector and a VERY thin case in this instance. Bought a clear soft plastic case from a 'phone bits' type stall in a shopping precinct and it was complete crap! It looked bulky and cheap and because the edges curled round from the back of the screen to the front it fouled the edge of the screen protector and kept lifting the edge when you handled the phone. Really annoying when I'd taken so much time and effort to get the screen protector on correctly and squarely in the first place! So after spending quite some time looking at the dozens of cases available and reading their respective specifications, especially with regard to thickness finally decided on this one. Couldn't have made a better choice! The product is good quality, fits perfectly and I no longer run the risk of my glass fronted and backed iPhone shooting out of my hand any more....slippery little critters these new iPhones!Can't comment on durability yet as it has just been delivered today but felt disposed to put these comments on this review list as they may help others who have experienced similar problems I encountered and assist them to make a more informed choice.Would definitely buy this product again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Good fit for the iPhone XR, and offers good protection.After about 18 months the case has gone yellow.Bought another to replace it, and posted the comparison photo.

I can’t comment on durability as only had the case a few days, but initial impressions are great. Very slim fit, barely makes the phone any larger. It extends enough to prevent screen with screen protector contacting surface that phone is layer on. There is also a slight raised area around main camera, which also prevents lens from being scratched. Case feels great in hand - it’s not like a bar of soap that that the phone and Apple case feel like. It has a slight rubbery feel that makes it very grippy. I only bought this as it was cheap and needed something to tide me over until I could find a nice leather case. I am not going to bother now. I’m gonna stick with this case. Ticks all the right boxes and exceptional value for money.

I've only had the case for a couple of days and so cannot comment on it's durability. Saying that I'm very happy with the case and it feels like it should last a fair amount of time - even if it doesn't at this price I can simply buy another.The iPhone XR is far to slippy in my opinion and this case gives much needed grip. It's a good fit for the phone and while I can't test the effectiveness of the air bumper corners I'm happy they're there.I used to buy the official Apple leather case for my phones but this time I'll stick with this case as it ticks all the boxes for myself. In addition the official case didn't over much protection for the bottom of the phones and mine were always scratched around the port and speakers - this case has more protection in that area

It’s hard to fault this case. For less than £7 I’d be surprised if there was a better case on the market for the price. It fits perfectly and appears to be well made. I tend to buy Apple cases for my phones but as, at the time of writing, they haven’t produced one yet I resorted to a third party product. I also purchased a clear case from Totallee, which is highly thought of online. In truth there’s not much difference apart from the price - the Totallee case is about three times the price of the ESR and definitely not worth the extra money. Save yourself the cash and get this case from ESR.

Before I get started, I must state that this is an excellent case for slim protection at its price and ESR are a great manufacturer of phone cases, but I found my experience with this case, in particular, to be sub-par.The case looks great - because you can't see it, really. I got this ESR clear case so that I could see my white iPhone XR clearly while also offering light protection (I'm really not someone who drops their phone very much).In terms of protection, it does exactly what you'd expect from a slim, soft case: your phone should be protected from light drops as long as you also install a screen protector.Where my experience with this case fell down was, about 2 months after purchasing, my beautiful "clear" case discoloured a lot, to the point where my gleaming white iPhone XR looked brown. Initially, I thought the case must've just been dirty, however, plenty of cleaning later the case is still an awful browny colour which looks really awful, especially up against a white iPhone.I'm currently using my phone without a case until I can replace this with a different one, possibly a tempered glass one would fair better.

Have never wanted a case for the phone, but now have a slight crack on the back, so was looking for something to make the phone last till it runs out of "updates". This light, almost invisible case does the job perfectly, with all "buttons" accessible - and you'd hardly know it's there. Good price too...

It looks great at first. It’s snug and not bulky at all, exactly why I bought it in the first place. But after a while it gets yellow! Super ugly, cannot recommended at all.

I love this case! I was looking for something I could use to protect my phone that still showed the pretty coral color that it is. This case nailed it! Not too thick, but not too thin. My phone feels protected.

Perfect case, slim like there isn’t even on on the phone. Not bulky but still provides protection. Buttons on the side are still easy to click. I only gave 4 stars for durability because with a screen protector on, the edge of the case around the screen is very very close to level with the screen protector itself, so I would assume that if you dropped the phone flat on the screen, on slightly unlevel ground (like the road) would probably make some contact with the screen protector. Not saying it would break but I mean if you do that often then you may want to consider a bulkier case. This case however is perfect for me and I have always used this type of case and have never damaged a phone by dropping it.
