Communication Works 11th Edition

This text book provides the reader with an immense amount of knowledge, effective tools, and walkthroughs towards effective communication. I enjoy reading it for its content and the knowledge it provides. I have talked to my Pastor & boss about it as well. (He has worked as a LIfe Coach for over 30+ years and enjoyed flipping through it as well. Even he referred to it as "good stuff". Priceless knowledge which far surpasses the price! Additionally, the pages were of nice texture and quality. The layout and photos were aesthetically pleasing. The text was easy to read and descriptors of the diagrams were thorough.

I really appreciate, the book condition is fabulous, no missing pages, no ripped. Perfect. I was behind my course and this arrived at perfect time on saturday. Will definitely shop my next course book from these guys. Amazing

really great product but the book itself was a little bit damaged

I purchased this for a COM100 class. It's very readable which is great for maintaining attention for those of us working and going to school. The humor and insight throughout the text is a welcome sight. The chapters do not seem as long because of how the book is structured (small chunks added together to teach a larger concept).

Required university text. Arrived in used condition as expected. Modern discussion and up to date statistics regarding communication. Recommend to any human services professional, the main themes of communication could apply to anyone that wanted to learn more about their interactions with others.

Awesome book- for a text book, I mean. All of the vocabulary words are printed in the margins for easy navigation, and for those who like to skim the chapter before diving into the entire chapter.

Had to send back because the book was gross and pages were falling out, Had food stuck in it.

A little worn, but I didn't buy it because it was a pretty looking book. All pages and information are there and that's all that matters.
