only used the item 5 times and now it no longer goes back to being clear in hot water, it now only clears by 95% or I can clear it 100% but once cooling down, goes back to being cloudy and rock solid.

Heat is good for 15 minutes only
This product is poorly filled with salt solution. Heat is good for 15 minutes only. Bag hardens to an uncomfortable rigid bag as it cools. Difficult to bed it to fit it in pot to boil back to its liquid state. I do not recommend this product.

Fantastic- can really recommend.
Absolutely fantastic - they are really easy to use, and really work. They also really last, I had my previous one for years - it's still works but it's now with my ex husband, so I needed another. My dad loves these too: he has bad pains in his shoulders and neck, and the warmth relieves his aches and pains really well. Can really recommend.
