So, this is not a single meal. This is enough to make about 40 gallons. I might be exaggerating, but it makes a lot. I remember it called for 6 lbs of beans. It was a little bit on the salty but I might have put too much in. With all of that said, it tasted great. Will buy again.

It works pretty well a little salty for me but considering you can't find d the small boxes in store any longer this works almost as well

We have been using this for over 25 years. It is the closest thing to Authentic Red Beans and Rice. The red beans & rice box in the store with the rice included is just not the same. The taste is off from the original. Love the Red Beans & Rice Seasoning Mix.

Loved it, it’s hard to find. I started using this when I would visit the south, it’s always available there. I live in Chicago and I’ve never found it in stores only on Amazon. It’s easy to use and it’s a quick way to spice up red beans for an authentic taste
