Missing items, useless item
This item was ordered through donorschoose.org for my classroom through Amazon. I am so disappointed in this. All of the items needed to actually use the system are missing. The included instructions include a pH meter as well as balancing chemicals, a heater, etc... It was all missing. I contacted OPCOM and they said all those things are out of stock, and I have to buy them separately from another vendor. Not only that, but even the science teacher can't figure out how this thing should be put together. I looked at the online video and it doesn't show how to attach the lights or other accessories needed to use the unit. I am so disappointed in this we can't use it to grow anything in our classroom. It is now a bunch of plastic taking up space in the classroom.
