Adjusts to size of laptop/ tablet easily. Opens up desk spaces. I specially if plugged into a dock and using multiple monitors. Close the laptop up and stand it up to keep it nice and cool from having no restrictions to its fans

This is super sturdy, looks sleek if you are into the Mac aesthetic, and functions really well. Only problem was I had to return it and needed one with more slots/room. Unfortunately, this one did not come in a larger size so I had to resort to a plastic solution which is kind of a piece of crap in comparison. If this is the right size/slots for you, definitely consider it.

Also, was a little disappointed at how narrow the one slot that isn't adjustable is. Once I bought the Hard Case for my MacBook Pro, well, it won't fit - and my ACER Aspire (purchased here, on Amazon) is thicker when closed than the MacBook, so that doesn't fit in there. Sadly, I wound up selling it at a tag sale and purchased a much easier-to-use one at the Mall.

had some doubts but am very pleased w this product. the width adjustment to fit devices works well, and they include the required hex wrench (it worked fine). the stand is surprisingly heavy and feels very secure; rubber feet keep it in one location on my desk. there's non-slip coating on the bottom and inside of the partitions so devices don't slide out - a little more work for me to get devices out but i feel it's much more secure (i could probably enlarge the spaces but like the security). as a side bonus, the silver color metal looks nice too.to the manufacturer: the only thing i would like is an option with more openings (3 would be good, 4 great) in metal.

The only knock on this is that it's a little shorter in length than I expected from looking at the pictures, but overall it does the job and does it well. I like the fact that the dividers can be adjusted for varying thickness of the devices and I position a fan against the bottom side of the laptop to keep it cool while gaming or running heavy work load.Also, it has saved a bunch of space on the desk without having to store the laptop in a way where I can't access it easily. Very simple to just unplug the docking USB-C cable on the side and go. Also able to store a secondary and third laptop when positioned against a wall.The metal has not scratched and is easy to clean.

Perfect to safely store laptop & ipad, etc in minimal space. I had an expensive mistake when an ipad unknowingly slipped under an easy chair and it was too late to spare it after I started hearing a concerning crunch and felt something was very wrong. Needless to say, my newly customized ipad was all but useless once bent into a curve with and open gap on the side.Since then, I've taken extra care to be sure something similar doesn't happen to my laptop or other ipad, yet I often worry that one could slip off its side for a repeat accident. So this solves the issue by having a secure stand to hold them conveniently close to a favorite chair.It's also extremely easy to adjust the slots if necessary with the turn key included with holder.Since it only arrived a few days ago, longevity is unknown, though there's no reason to think it won't last for a very long time since it sturdy & fairly hefty.

I keep my MacBook Pro oriented with the vents upward. Given the CPU-intensive apps I run throughout my day, I find this keeps my laptop much cooler than just laying flat on my desk. Where before my fans would spin up regularly throughout the day, I never hear them when I stand up my Macbook vertically.Surprisingly, I find the extra slot much handier than I thought. I originally got it so I could keep my iPad charged and handy as I run off to meetings and take notes, I find I also use it for things like my phone and usb drives when they're plugged in.Adjusting the width of the stand is not very intuitive, but once I figured it out, I never had to touch it again. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Awesome product. Saves a lot of space on your desk, holding my two macbooks and ipad. Looks fancy, too. If you're working on a closed laptop with external monitor, or have a few laptops - this holder is actually a must have thing. And buy two-slot version, even if you think just one is enough.

Useless unit as it is unadjustable due to a stripped screw. Vendor must have no quality control.
