Works really well as appetite suppressant, I sometimes go 17-24 hours without eating with it and aren’t starving, just make sure not to overuse and drink with lots of water and or Powerade or similar, don’t take and then go drink something with caffeine (at least for me that’s too much and I’ll feel sick)
