Easy as Cake!
I have a Mercury Alpha One Gen II. Fits like a glove!!! Installed 4 of the 5 in 15 minutes. I have yet to install the one in the prop as I don't have a wrench for that one yet, but it should take about 15 minutes as well, based on some videos I saw on YouTube.

Quality.
Fit perfectly. Older mercruiser so couldn’t use power trim or propeller noids. It did not come with bolt for round noid above the propeller.
