I haven't been taking this long enough to confirm if it helps or not, but I do feel the difference it makes when I take it. I haven’t been taking long and I just ordered my second bottle but I have been noticing the differences in the way I feel as well as the loss in inches. It gives you energy but doesn’t make you jittery and it doesn’t keep you up all night. This is such a great product and I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a fat burner.
