Great bit of kit
This is a really good stout dustpan & brush with nice long bristles. Easy to assemble, the numbers are wrong in the instructions but easy to work it out.

This is the second of this item that I have bought.
Easy to put together, well made, does the job. Light and so easy to lift to give the kitchen a quick scoot around. This is a second one.

Good value, great hair comb feature
Needed this as I recently got wooden flooring and have long haired pets so I have to sweep every day. It picks up most of the hair okay but the finer hairs stick around and I have to sweep over a few times. I love the part of the dustpan that has a sort of comb on it to get the hair off from the brush! It’s great. The angle that the brush head is at helps to get further under the edges of the sofas and tables, but I do wish the brush handle was longer as my back/neck starts to hurt quickly. The plastic cap at the end of the brush handle also comes off easily but is also easily fixed with glue or blu tac

Robust and sturdy but I find the handle for the brush too 'thin/narrow' for gripping easily
This is a much sturdier and better quality dustpan and brush than the cheap plastic one I had bought previously. The handles are made of stainless steel and I can see that they will last and last. Unlike the cheap plastic one where the handle of the brush broke in 2 places.Unfortunately, I find the steel handle a bit too thin for gripping well. And it's steel. So it's heavier than plastic and needs to be gripped more firmly. It probably isn't a problem for others to handle/grip even if it's a problem for me. Sadly, I had to return mine and settle for a lighter, less robust, all plastic dustpan and brush.

Great brush/pan set, wonderful for tall people!
As a tall man (6'5" / 197cm) many of these supposedly long handled brush and pan sets are much too short for comfortable use, this one is awesome for tall people. I can use it without any stooping and still have a fair amount of handle left over. The brush is stiff enough to do the job properly, and the lip of the pan is effective and prevents the annoyance of brushing things under the pan rather than into it. The comb at the top of the pan is great for cleaning out all the little bits of crud that get stuck in the brush as you clean. The only negative is that the pan doesn't flip up when you lift it off the ground, as some do, which does risk dumping everything you've swept up back onto the floor. But, that is obvious from the pictures shown, so can't really complain about it, and the long handle is so useful to me that I'd still pick this product over alternatives that do flip up. I've already bought a second one (to use elsewhere, not due to problems with the first one).

Good quality. Lightweight and British made.
This fit together perfectly and the extension piece helped find the right height for me (although either height is well thought out). The offset brush head helps to direct rubbish into pan with one hand. Great product.

I don't recommend at all
It's just lasted 3 months then ended up in the bin. At first I really liked it, it was practical, small but doing the job. However I got a pain in my operating hand and I think it's because the handle wasn't coming out from the centre of the brush head but from one side so it got hard to control after using couple of minutes. After almost 3 weeks brush head started to get loose and coming out each time so when I was trying to stabilize it the handle got broken as it was a cheap kitchen foil, not a sturdy metal. After tossing the brush to the bin I used a different long handled brush (bigger than the original one) which at one point hit the dust pan and broke it down. I've added the photos of it, wish I took the photos of broken handle as well but it's long gone.Additionally, the " Handy Bristle Cleaner To Remove Excess Dirt And Hairs " wasn't doing it's job but falling of each time so I had to take it of. And "The Brush / Broom Clips Neatly Onto The Dustpan" was a bit weird, it wasn't just clicking together easly and making storing of it neatly.
