Excellent conclusion with forgiveness, love and fast paced action!
The Unbound Witch continues the story of Raven and Bastian from The Unmarked Witch. This book picks up right where the last left off and focuses on everyone recovering from the events at the end of The Unmarked Witch and trying to figure out how to save their world. One thing I loved about these books is the relationship between Raven and her best friend, Kirsi who entered the trials with her. Kirsi is fiesty and very protective of Raven. They love and support each other even when they don't agree with each other, the dynamic between them is what everyone longs for with a true best friend. I don't want to spoil The Unmarked Witch so I wont go into details but Raven and Bastian have to find a way to continue on with their relationship and forgiveness needs to be granted for things not revealed in the previous story. As the story progresses, other characters enter the fray to help form a found family that will stand by each other and fight for what is right. MiIranda Lyn did an amazing job creating character that we will root for and love and mourn. This book was an excellent conclusion to The Unmarked Witch and was very satisfying to me as a reader. I highly recommend it to readers who love found family, fast-paced stories with high stakes.

Spooky Season Read!
This series is an absolute gem for the spooky season! The intricate world is filled with unexpected twists and turns that keep you on your toes. Book 2 delivers a thrilling mix of action, adventure, and heartbreak, all wrapped in an engaging narrative that captivates from start to finish.I adore the characters Lyn has crafted—each one resonates deeply. Kirsi stands out as my favorite, and I was thrilled to see her perspective explored in this installment! The ending was an emotional rollercoaster that left me yearning for more. I truly hope we get to revisit this enchanting world in the future!

Good but
This book is good, it finishes the Unmarked witch. Overall the story line is good as it follows the first however my issues are that it felt like they would be talking about doing something and then the next paragraph they were there doing it.. it didn't flow right to me. There was no journey there or them leaving, just suddenly they were on their way. This is the reason for the 3 stars. I loved the story. I loved the realizations. I didn't really enjoy Kirsis POV chapters until towards the end as hers just seemed so sad all the time or angry and I couldn't help but say to myself "I get it your mad but this seems kinda stupid now" although I understand where the author was coming from making her chapters like this I didn't enjoy it. Truly though my biggest irk and reason for 3 instead of 4 stars was truly only because of the feeling it didn't flow like it should. Maybe it's just me idk but that's just my 2 cents. I would recommend this book for the story alone and for the twists this author was able to throw in that I didn't catch on to.

An amazing conclusion
An amazing conclusion to the duology. Following directly after the events of the unmarked witch. The unbound witch has so many twists and turns that when you think you understand something it changes again. Told in Raven and Kirsi's pov this book takes you through all the emotions, from giggling to myself to crying my eyes out. I could not put this book down.*Spoilers for book one ahead*After Niko makes Raven go kill the dark King they end up thrust into the human realm where magic isn't what it seems. They then must try to get back to the kingdom all while Kirsi is learning to be a ghost. While in the human realm they meet some unliking allies and with the help of them they make their way back to their realm. Where dangerous witches are trying to get killed, weaken, or trying to get rid of covens. This book is sure to have magic spells battles and found family, and friendship.Betrayals deceit and heartbreak are sure to follow in this book as well. Spicier than the first book. I honestly could not put this book down.

A great follow up
Listen, ToG, ACOTAR, they're great stories. BUT I'm kind of tired of 5,6,7 book fantasies. This book was adventurous, emotional and a good follow up to the first book without boring me.

Very Enjoyable
As someone that thoroughly enjoys books that 500+ pages, I understand why some people don’t. But don’t let that stop you from reading this because it’s a page-turner. My favorite thing about this book is that there is plenty of everything: action, romance, turmoil, and friendship. The plot-twists are great and well-placed, too. The only thing I personally did not like is that the POV’s were Raven and Kirsi instead of just Raven.I recommend this book to those that love:•The power of friendship•Found families•Romance•Some spice but not too much•Moments that squeeze your heart (painfully)•Action/Fighting•Phenomenal & lovable side characters•Multiple POV

Loved this!
I’m really bad at not giving spoilers, so I apologize for being brief in my review. This book was wonderful. Ups and downs and again. Hard loves. Hard fights. Hard adventures. Witches and shifters. All the things that make me love a book.I love stories from multiple POV’s as I feel like you get a more rounded story. The way Miranda Lyn wrote is visceral. I cried. I laughed. I smiled. I was shocked. She is fast becoming my favorite author. I cannot wait for more!

Great conclusion to this duology!
This was a great conclusion to this story! This one was action packed from start to finish, and we were introduced to several fun new characters. I really enjoyed Kirsi’s POV in this one, especially her witty banter with Grey and Atlas. Although the constant use of the word “cast” drove me nuts by the time I finished this book 😆 (sorry but it had to be said!), this kept me entertained the whole time & I loved the vibes for this time of year!
