WALIKI Bouncy Horse Hopper | Benny The Jumping Bull Inflatable Hopping Pony for Toddlers

Okay, so I am a soft hearted grandma and I can't pass on anything cool, nice, or fun for my grand-babies. Last year, for one of their birthday's, I ordered twenty-two hoppy balls from Waliki, in all different sizes. I believe the adults had at least as much fun bouncing and racing as the kids did on theirs. I really wanted to try some of the animal shapes too, but I felt the prices were a bit high, at that particular time, since I was purchasing so many. The balls were offered like, buy this many, and get that many free, so I went with the balls. I feel I received a fantastic deal. This year, there are a few more grand-babies, just starting to walk, and in need of something a little more stable than a round ball, so I have been checking out the animal bouncers. I already know that Waliki puts out excellent Hoppers, so I ordered this little orange bull. He is so adorable. I also purchased three different donkeys, from three different places, so I could compare which ones had the best price, best quality and best response from the kids. You can see my photo's of my new little ranch of hoppers. The bull is just a bit smaller than the donkey's, and he is made of a smoother, shinier material. He comes with his own air pump. I still have them all lined up in front of me because they are just so cute and I love looking at them. It is still a little while before the next birthday party, so the small children haven't seen them yet, but my son has bounced on them and they all work quite well. This is an excellent product, and I know from experience that the kids love them and they last for years. I am so glad they make adult sizes too because this is something that is fun no matter how old you are.UpdateMy grand-children came over this past week and they spent hours riding our four bouncy animals. It turns out that this orange bull, although it is cute, it did not bounce as well as the donkeys and it kept flipping the kids over onto their faces. These are kids that know how to bounce, not new toddlers. They finally gave up on the bull and kept riding the donkeys. They have had bounce balls for a very long time so I know they know how to bounce. I am afraid this one may need a bit of adjustment.

We bought this toy for our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. When we received it, I had a heck of a time getting the thing inflated. The included air pump seemed somewhat flimsy and generally not tightly made, and it didn't seem to move much air with each pumping action. In fact, our daughter finally took over the pumping duties, and after quite a bit more exercise, managed to get the toy reasonably well inflated, although it could still have used a bit more air. Our granddaughter likes Benny and continues to use it.So why am I giving this toy 5 stars? Excellent customer service is why. After calming down a bit, I decided to contact the vendor through their website. I explained my concerns via their email interface, pressed the Enter key, and waited to see what response I'd get. By the next day, I had a response from one of their CS reps (thanks, Ronit!) who contacted me to confirm the specifics of my problem. A couple of emails later, he had offered to send a replacement pump, confirmed my shipping address, and told me that the replacement was on its way. "Replacement" was a bit of an understatement -- he apparently instructed Amazon to send me a complete replacement for the pump and the toy! You know Amazon: 2 days later, the package was at my door via UPS. The new pump works very well on both the new Benny and the original Benny. I feel a bit guilty getting a two-for-one deal like this, but that's the way Waliki wanted to handle it.In an age in which the quality of customer service is all over the map, it's great to know that there are companies like Waliki who go to great lengths to satisfy their customers and, in the process, protect their reputations. The only bad thing from my perspective is that, because the toys both seem extremely well made and very durable, I doubt that my granddaughter can wear it out (especially now that she has 2 of them), so I won't have a chance to buy another Benny the Jumping Bull and thereby thank this excellent company for their top quality products and top quality customer service. So I'll do it here: Thanks Ronit and thanks Waliki for going the extra mile make this customer happy and satisfied. It is very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Grandson loves bouncing around the house.

The pump that came with him leaked, it wasn't the bull that kept losing the air as I was pumping, but the pump since what air I could get into the bull with the leaky pump stayed, but since it was the holidays, I couldn't get ahold of anyone in the company and since this was a present for Jan 2, I had to buy a pump online to have it ready for my boy though I was hoping for a replacement. All the kids are jumping on it, 2,5,and 9 years. The 9 year old decided to save her money to buy a jumper too. The 2 year old took a bit to figure out how to jump on it since he'd jump while holding the horns and pull it out from under himself and go off the back. Totally recommend for a toddler to start on carpet jumping until he/she gets it, for within the hour of watching his siblings do it, he kept at it until he figured out how not to pull it out from under himself since he could see it was possible. I even jumped on it to demonstrate (very lightly) and and I'm 160 lbs.
