Kuryakyan Techs have no support for the Saddlebag Accent Swoops P/N 3232!
Talked with a Kuryakyn Tech about hardwiring Swoops into Kuryakyan switches atop the brake fluid reservoir and was instructed just to cut off the plugins and wire them in. Asking the Tech what the circuitry under the heat shrink was for, he didn’t know, but I wouldn’t need it if I wasn’t plugging it in. Come to find out they are for dim or running lights. Calling Kuryakyn for the third time to let them know what that circuitry was for, and inquiring how to go about purchasing new circuit boards, I was told I can’t buy them, they come to Kuryakyn all assembled. Asking how to get ahold of the manufacturer, the Tech asked me if I spoke Korean. End of the road. Not going to spend another $280 for another set. Couldn’t even get the piece off of a returned Swoop that he said they destroy. I have bought Kuryakyan products for seven different Goldwings, but I think that will be the last!
