Good shaver
My previous Remington lasted almost 10 years, which influenced my final decision. I looked at the various other options, but decided this shaver was good value, and if this lasts as well as the previous one would be a good buy.I have had this one about a month now. The shaver seems a good design and quite well made. It has a good charge life of about 2 - 3 weeks. It is comfortable to use once you get used to it, and gives a good shave. There is a 'three day growth' fitting, but I do not use this accessory so cannot comment on this. The clipper on the side is a distance away from the shaving head but again it does the job when you get used to it.Cleaning is okay, there is a brush provided but it can be washed in water. Follow the instructions on cleaning.

A fast close shave
This razor gives me a closer shave than my previous Remington and works faster. Must be the result of tweaks to cutter design. It is neat, light and easy to clean.

Good shaver
Good shave and like the 3- day- stubble guard, but side cutter doesn't work.

Pretty much a bulletproof razor
This was bought for my elderly father who has difficulty with Parkinsons and dementia. I am happy to report that this shaver is remarkably bulletproof. Whilst he's already reported it irrepairably broken to me twice, all it needed was, separately, charging the battery and cleaning. The fact that the motor detects when the mechanism is gummed up and pulses the blades rather than the constant hum is a genius idea; when the razor is full to capacity with hair, even my father noticed that something was wrong with it (although he diagnosed it as completely broken because the motor was "playing up").Also, he's had it a few weeks now, and it only ran flat the other day, again, reported as completely broken, but that was relatively easy to work out and charge it, and he's back up and running once more.If this razor can survive my father, it can't be bad.

Electric razor
Not quite the robust construction of previous models but shaves ok. I do like the numerical counter of my previous model as opposed the the 2 green leds. Time will tell how it goes but for the price probably OK.

I only shave at weekends, but this does the job
I have a beard that I trim once a week and shave my neck and cheeks. I charged this when it first arrived - that was a couple of months ago - and I haven't had to recharge it since. It's easy to clean, and although, it's recommended to not use the brush on the foils, just tapping it down and blowing on them is sufficient. A daily user may have a different opinion, but this is good for me.
