Helped with loss of lordosis and bulge in neck
I have a bulge between C5 and C6 due to a loss of cervical lordosis. I decided to change my pillow to support my neck better, so I bought this pillow. The first night, I used the pillow as intended. I noticed the hump was too big for my neck.I removed the foam roll, wrapped a towel around it, and used that instead. It works perfectly, and I have slept very well in the past week. As the curvature in my neck returns, I will re-introduce the whole pillow.

Ultimate comfort
After trying several cervical pillows, I finally found the most comfortable one with adjustable neck support. This pillow has truly made a difference in my sleep quality and overall neck comfort. The adjustability feature allows me to customize the support to my specific needs, whether I need more or less support on a particular night. The pillow's design cradles my neck and head perfectly, providing just the right amount of firmness and softness. I no longer wake up with neck pain or stiffness, and I feel more refreshed in the morning. Additionally, the pillow's material is high-quality and breathable, keeping me cool throughout the night.Overall, I highly recommend this cervical pillow to anyone in search of superior comfort and support. It has exceeded my expectations and has become an essential part of my nightly routine.

Pleased
It has helped my pain neck a lot so I am somewhat pleased at this time. It is not the most comfortable, but I'm hoping I will adjust to it with time. And like others have mentioned, the foam seems cheap and flimsy, but it seems to be getting the job done so far. And it was cheaper than others I had ordered that still caused me pain. All in all, I am pleased with it and would order it again.

Headaches reduced
2023 updateI am still using this pillow only because I cannot find another neck pillow that doesn't have icky reviews, or reviews remarking that they were offered money for a four and five star review. This pillow has different densities for cores but the problem is the cores are not different diameters. I needed a core that was taller. Right now I have a folded in thirds hand towel underneath where the core is. But that makes it harder. It would be great if this company offered different sizes of course instead of just different densities because some of us need our necks held at different heights.I am a 40 year chiropractic patient with loose ligaments--i.e. I am put in place regularly but don't STAY in place all the time. My neck is the biggest issue. I am a left side fetal sleeper with occasions on my back and right side. Finding a pillow that supported my neck while on my back AND supported my head/neck in a level position while on my side has been a real challenge. I do really like this pillow so far. I left the softest (white) core in both sides but slept on the smaller of the two sides as I have a short neck. After about a week I 'graduated' to the blue core (the next firmer up from the white). I may possibly take the white core out of the larger side (where the back/top of my head contacts that part of the pillow) as I think it is possibly aggravating my sensitive neck/head issues. I am waking up more times a week WITHOUT a headache than I did before sleeping on this pillow. It did seem to 'ride up' the headboard of my bed until I put a length of that pierced foam stuff that people line their kitchen cabinets with under the pillow. I will be taking the packaging in to my chiropractor so she can see all about the pillow as this is also the one she agreed with me would probably be best for me. I was pleased with the pricing, too. My last pillow cost $90 which is a really steep price to pay when you are never quite sure if this pillow will be 'the one' or if it will be tossed into the guest bedroom closet with the rest of the 'couldn't cut it' orthopedic pillows!

ONLY pillow that has worked so far!
I was rear-ended a few years ago and have issues with straightening of my neck, herniations, as well as muscle spasms/pain from desk work, etc. I was gifted a Wal-pil-o (Roloke) Jr Hi from a friend with similar issues and it was a dream! However, 5 years later, the foam got too soft and maybe the curve was better in my neck, but suddenly the lower pillow wasn't supporting my neck--at all. I was waking up with daily headaches. So I have tried about 20 pillows from Amazon and various stores. My husband even ended up using one I bought for myself--it was like Goldilocks and finding that "just right" height and curve to fit my neck. NONE have worked for me except this one.I followed the instructions and used it for a couple nights with the original (white) insert and then noted it was "too soft" even though it was okay the first 2 days. Last night I put in the first (blue) tube and had the perfect amount of support. I have no headache this morning. The spasms aren't as bad in my shoulders either. I think I would have hurt my neck had I put the blue insert in first day.It is not like a traditional pillow--it sleeps "harder" than most. You will feel the push into the back of your neck, but I would recommend following the instructions and upgrading the firmness of the pool noodle (lol) over the course of a few days--don't just jump into the harder ones. This is from a person who used a VERY similarly shaped pillow with the same style of hard foam support for years--so I was used to it, or so I thought.I am currently sleeping on the smaller/lower side of the pillow and I think after a few weeks/months, I'll be able to upgrade to the larger side of the pillow, which also fits my neck. I'm 5'5".No smells, no issues with quality or construction. It's a little snug in a traditional pillow case, so even though it comes with its own cover, you may want to find a better/larger pillow case (maybe a sham?) so as not to squish the pillow and change the shape of the foam.I hope this review and the pillow help you as it has been helping me!
