Beware, this model that is being sold IS NOT a liner free compatible printer. Save your time and money and order elsewhere.

I bought this item as a “new” printer. It came in clearly scuffed, with a faded label, and receipt paper inside showing testing results. Clearly they were trying to pass off a refurbished printer as brand new, but it didn’t even power on when I plugged it in. Epson is the listed seller here, and they’re trying to scam customers by selling used items as new? Don’t trust this company.

We have received used printers. They are not new. They are scratched, not to factory settings, and NOT NEW.

Scam….ordered a new printer, this is what was in the box. Used printer that does not even work on top of it being used. Returned it. Purchase elsewhere.

I ordered this printer was sold as new when I received it was an old model of the Epson label printer and missing part. It was not working I had to return it. It was not a good experience.

Printer received with scratches all over bottom and missing cover, broken piece inside paper hopper. Also was inaccurately listed as being a 40/80 mm printer. 40mm is not an option on this printer..

Wireless interface doesn’t work with Clover POS or tablet.

We use this printer for merchant service. We want to create more automated process but this printer doesn’t allow to connect with certain plataforma like clover. For regular stuff and simple printer will work
