I have thyroid problems/breast cysts and was recommended these. I’ve tried thyroid supplements and other vitamins/medicines with minimal results. So I was skeptical of evening primrose oil at first but after taking these for just a few days(while being on my period even!) I have noticed a big difference!No bad aftertaste or side effects yet. I will update this post if I experience any. The biggest con for me is they are NOT small pills as one review depicts. These are HORSE PILLS. I included a picture comparing a smaller gel cap with this brand’s. I bought this brand specifically bc I thought these were smaller than most but nope! They are a good inch long, 1/2” wide. I am more than willing to take them tho if they help this much!Good luck to you! Hope they help you as much as they’ve helped me. :-)

Great evening primrose oil! The pills are a bit large, but since they're gel caps it's not so bad. I'm okay with taking a larger pill so I only have to take one, but other people may prefer the smaller ones. These pills don't make you burp either, which I appreciate because I've used another brand in the past that did that. I also appreciate that this oil is cold-pressed and doesn't contain harmful additives.My doctor recommended that I start taking 1300 mg of evening primrose oil to help reduce breast tenderness caused by several large cysts. I was skeptical that this would work (especially since I still like to eat caffeine and salt), but it really has reduced the swelling and tenderness. And I am able to finally sleep on my side and stomach again!
