Shocking product! On the strimmer for 10min and already broken. Must be really cheap plastic being used. If I could of given zero stars I would have.

Good sturdy strimmer head but over sensitive when strimming tougher weeds and dispenses too much strimmer wire without even using the "bump" feed button! Seems to auto-dispense at will and I keep having to wind the strimmer chord back in. I'm wondering if this is a faulty strimmer head or if this is a common problem?

Very easy to fit ( bear in mind it’s left hand thread), seems very robust, cheap and arrived in days. Im about to order another as a spare.Many reviewers have had difficulty opening the unit probably because it has “press here” imprinted on the moulding (which tends to be misleading). You actually squeeze the sides where the 2 clips reside and it opens quite well. If you press where it says Press Here, you will just get a tired thumb.

The quality of the plastic is not as good as the original spool but it is fine for the price. Lets see how long it lasts. It could get pushed to 5 stars if it lasts well

Have ordered and received item before and was great to use but recent item made of less quality material and plastic housing broke on first strim.

I bought 2 off theses spools and both are defective. Cable goes in and I’m unable to oprn. Avoid. Very disappointed
