The product was worth the cost. The product quality was excellent. The product softness was excellent. The product moisturizing was excellent. The product design was excellent. The product was in stock and did not have to wait to order. The product was not damaged or destroyed during transport. The product arrived on time and was not delayed. The product was easy to use and was not difficult.

I was so upset when Costco discontinued this conditioner and shampoo. Luckily I had 2 full ones so I made them last as long as I could. But when I ran out I was having to buy crappy conditioners from the store and I hated them. This was a little expensive but my hair was suffering from using other conditioners so I went ahead and paid the high price. Jeeesh what a difference this conditioner is compared to other brands. I LOVE IT. Costco did end up bringing it back in the stores but of course it is not the exact same formula as the old (this one) was. I have actually purchased a couple more off of Amazon instead of buying the “newly packaged” not the same at Costco.

A money expert recommended this and the shampoo for a dupe of Pureology. Very happy with purchase.

The picture on the advertisement is not what I received. I received super old conditioner. Probably at least ten years old. Very disappointed!

My hairdresser suggested for me to try it. I love it. My conditioner doesn't smell like cherry. It has a nice smell and not overwhelming. Makes my hair soft and shinny and it helps soften the gray hair.

This is not the product sold. They are selling the moisture product not hydrating.
