These were genuine.
Contacted NGK to see if the ones I received were real or knock-offs, sent the 3 clear pics, they are real. Just replaced OEM plugs in 2012 Nissan Frontier 4.0, @104K miles- runs real smooth now.

Quality control was poor as 5 out of the 6 were the wrong spark plug
One of the 6 was the correct item which i kept. the other 5 were all over the map as to models. All 5 returned. Amazon however credited the return items ASAP.

Longevity that boggles the mind!!
Replaced the OE iridium plugs on my 2010 Xterra Off Road Edition at 110,000 miles with these in 2015 and replacing those with another set of the same plugs on the same vehicle now at 210,000 miles. Still runs smooth as silk but I hate to go too many more miles on a set.
