I put these on all my scopes.
I always ended up getting the wrong size in these but now that there’s a list of scopes and matching cover sizes I’ve gotten them for all my scoped rifles. They’re so easy to use and completely weather and dust proof. I no longer have to clean my scope lenses or worry about water spots during the hunt. I just flip them up when I am ready and my view is crystal clear. So for they’ve fit all my Leupold and Nikon scopes perfectly.

Nikon Prostaff or Savage Axis 3-9X40 Objective Cover
I don’t know why out of all the comments, folks don’t state the size and scope they used it for. The Butler Creek chart stated for my Savage Axis Nikon Prostaff 3-9X40 (that came with the rifle) I needed Sizes 11 for the eye and 28 for the objective. Since I wanted to make sure it was a tight fit, I decided to go one size smaller (Size 10 and 27) on each cover. I’m glad I did because they fit nice and snug. If you are interested in taking them off and on, you’ll probably want to take the chart’s advice. Since I wanted to put them on and make sure they didn’t move, I’m glad I went with the smaller size. I truly hope this helps someone because I didn’t find this kind of info on any of the past comments.

Great Item!
Pros...Finally! Amazon had the size i needed in stock.Cons...Rifle scope objective lens maybe 40mm but then you got 2.378mm of material surrounding it, so the wonky math throws alot of scope owner off.Availability. waited nearly 6 months for the right size to be in stock.Overall...It's a great buy. Highly recommend.Bonus Benefit...In every Butler Creek scope cover package is a chart that give measurements in metric and inches with the corresponding size so you have a reference for future use.

Put this on my VIPER PST Gen II 3-15x44. Placed it on my Eye Piece. a little loose. used a piece of black black tape to tighten it up. Worked great

Leupold vx freedom 4-12
Bought for a Leupold vx freedom 4-12 objective and fits perfectly, not too tight but not too loose. Been buying Butler Creek scope caps for some time and put them on every scope I own.

The Butler Creek cover fit was good
I read a few comments on how the caps fit (or didn't) on their scopes. I purchased several Butler Creek Flip open scope covers and they fit perfectly. (Purchased for Leupold and Zeiss scopes). I found visiting the Butler Creek website and finding the "Specs" chart to look up the correct size extremely helpful. Use a good caliper to measure your scope to get the best match. I would definitely buy again.
