It’s very easy to use and clean if you follow the instructions. The out come of the Noodles is great and using Luke warm water to clean makes it more easy.

This works well and I use it when making a large batch. One does have to adjust the thickness of the batter to get best results and void clumping in the boiling water.

I was looking for a solid durable press and I found one. Very impressed with the build quality

I originally purchased this to make spaetzle. After experimenting with pomegranate seeds to make juice and ricing cooked cassava root to a puree, this exceeds my expectations. We'll worth the extended wait time. Easily disassembled for cleaning. Will be gentle so as to not damage the ceramic coating. Looking forward to years of use.

Our spätzle maker arrived this afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and thoughtful design. One nice feature is a ribbed tab that protrudes like a finger from the front of the spätzle maker that overhangs the lip of your boiling water and provides support as you squeeze the handle. The product is made by Westmark in Germany, has an easily removable hinge pin to allow for easy cleaning, and the extrusion template has a random pattern that produces spätzle that looks handmade. Only criticism is that this product would be stronger were it made of steel rather than aluminum: I get the sense that if you drop this spätzle maker onto the floor, the aluminum tab or handles could possibly break. Overall, a good product and we are pleased with the purchase. Time to make the sauerbraten!

Easier to use and clean than expected. Well made.

Bought this for my son and he likes the way it works

Very easy to use and to clean up (just use cold water). The irregular shaped holes look like they can't possibly work, but actually make spätzle noodles that are a little bit rough and irregular, just like hand-made, but in less time. Excellent for those who like a somewhat rustic hand-made type of Spätzle, without needing a lot of skill and practice. The other Westmark press with the round holes makes very regular round noodles.
