This size works great in my gumball machine, and can be opened without breaking the plastic shells, so they can be reused.Arrived as multiple packs of 50 colored halves and 52 clear halves. I appreciate the 2 extras of the clear bottom halves, they aren’t usable together since there are no extras of the colored half. It would’ve been nice if there was an extra of each, but I can’t complain about getting more than was promised!

Easy to open and pot back together. They have a good hold too. I wasn't worried they were going to pop open. They are the perfect size to hold 1 D20. I used these in a gumball machine to randomly distribute D20s to my class of young gamers. They loved the colors.If you are planning on using these in a gumball machine, make sure the machine can dispense standard 1" gumballs or larger.

Purchased this for a gumball machine -- although the capsules do not fit my small 15 inch tall one (as I knew it wouldn't, but wanted to try), so definitely will need to purchase the appropriate sized machine with the 1 inch wheel clearance. I saw a review that stated a 24 inch tall machine worked perfectly with these.Other reviews said they didn't get the correct number of capsules, but I received 50 full-pieced capsules and 3 extra clear pieces. The colored pieces have a bit of a jagged roughness/sharpness to their edges, so a possibility to be careful when handling is all. Both sides of the capsule are pretty sturdy once snapped together and will require pressure to open (squeeze between your fingers does the trick). The product itself is fine and works well.The only major miff I have with these capsules is that you do NOT receive exactly as advertised on this listing, both from the photos and parts of the written description. I did not receive 7 colors as stated in the description, but only 5: red, yellow, green, blue, and purple in uneven quantities (as stated on the listing). The capsule colors are not solid as shown in the listing images above, but are all neon colored semi-translucents (which the listing does state, but I thought it referred to the clear parts specifically); except for 5 that do happen to be solid colored: 2 blues and 3 purples. Kind of unappealing for someone who prefers some uniformity is all.

I had to return because they are to big for the candy machine

The media could not be loaded. Came in many colors. Very durable. A little difficult to get open but they will last many uses do to the type of plastic. Came in the size they specified. This is my second time buying from this shop and I will continue to purchase these from them.

This was perfect for what I needed it for. The only thing that really sucks is that I had at least 9 of them were missing the clear top to them.

Love these & works great in my claw machine.

I finally went to open these and realized only the colored portion came in the bag. No clear tops! These are unusable with only half. Probably too late to return them, that’s on me.
