This series of books brings an old empire to life using modern social norms and humour to educate readers about greek mythology. The action, the detail and the tension all combine to create a thrilling joyride through the entire US, with references to local landmarks adding to the fun. With a greatly thoughout story and a vast background of history, the story doesn't stop with the Heroes of Olympus series either!!

The price is really good for the quality of it. I got so confused on how to pick it up, had to call post offices near me to have some information, it’s bad the website doesn’t have ALL and MORE information with pick up stations (i literally spent an hour looking for the place where my package was)…Nevertheless I got happy that I got the books one day earlier and it came really fast, so excited to dig up into the PJO universe. Recommend it!

This series is entertaining for not just children,but anyone at all. This series got me into reading so thank YOUUU!! If you don't like reading or just aren't interested in it, this WILL change your mind.

These are my favourite books ever. I'd recommend the Heroes of Olympus and the Trials of Apollo after this series as they are follow-ups to this series but contain new characters and plots whilst still retaining all of the great charm and sense of adventure that the first series has. I have a great love for Greek history but these books combine the best of action and comedy with history to make them not boring to people that maybe aren't as interested in the history. All of the characters are well developed and the storylines have plenty of twists, turns and hooks to make you carry on reading them until they are finished. The books are suitable for any age, whether a child or a grandparent as they have something in them for anyone. Once you have read them all, you will be dying to read them again!!!!!!!!!!!!
