The perler beads are great quality and very easy to use. The kids have been able to make many pieces and we still have a lot leftover. We really like the selection of colors. My only complaint is the container is filled to the top. Wish the container was a little bigger. Great for the price though!

I got this for my son who is 4, he loves using the shapes but also really likes using the larger square or circle pattern to create his own shapes. We have looked online and have made all sorts of Super Mario shapes and different characters. I love that it comes with keychain parts. I had one as a child and I don't remember using tweezers but when making specific designs and characters, the tweezers are so helpful. This is a fun activity for us both to do together and it really lets him be creative. He has already made keychains for friends and family members.

The kit was great, but the little/mini iron, was taking forever to melt my beads. I finally gave up and went back to using my regular iron.

I had an idea in my head for a bead project and couldn't stop till I got it out of my head. I put together a fairly large design for my first project and had just enough of all the colors to complete the design with one kit. I think it looks great and I might just have to put together a few more ideas.

These are great beads and we love that they’re separated by color in the box. My 12 year old has made a lot of things with them already.
