Vera Bradley Women's Performance Twill Triple Zip Hipster Crossbody Purse

My favorite purse so far.

I bought this purse in plain black for a six-week trip to SE Asia and it was perfect. Not too big and not too small to carry my essentials, a small water bottle, my iPad occasionally or a scarf for covering up when entering temples or even a small sweater or a few purchases. (But not all of that at once.)It’s lightweight when empty, and the strap is wide enough that even if you load it up and it gets heavy, it’s still comfortable. I’m tall, and the strap is nice and long enough (although it also adjusts to shorter lengths). I got caught in a huge downpour one day, and I was impressed with the water resistance. Things got a little damp, but not too bad. The cell phone slot is my favorite feature. So easy to whip out the phone when those unexpected photo ops come up, and then it tucks away just as quickly. The purse didn’t pill excessively, didn’t show any dirt or wear, and looked good with everything I wore.I probably won’t carry this purse when I’m home, but I travel overseas often and I am confident that it will come with me on many, many trips in the future.

Love dark blue color, quality of the bag, and the room in the bag.

This purse is the perfect size. It’s not so big that is throws your back out of alignment and not so small that you can’t fit your cellphone and wallet in it. The strap is perfect in my opinion because it’s wide which means it won’t cut into your body. It’s made from sturdy materials so it’s unlikely to break or fray. The strap is a perfect length to hit your hip when worn crossbody. It’s a good size of purse to switch back and forth with another purse because there will not be much in it. The color will go with many clothes because it will go with black clothes or navy clothes instead of having to get a black purse and a navy purse. It’s attractive when being worn. It’s comfortable when being worn. You have 2 hands free when being worn. Again with the sturdy strap, but you don’t have to worry someone might grab your purse by breaking the strap. Your purse will be secure. With all the wine red clothes being popular right now, this purse would match them well along with neutral colors.

Loved the size and compartments. Wish one of the compartments had pockets, like my old original one. That said, I’ll not understand why this bag was “frequently returned?” I had this one in my cart but then saw that it was frequently returned so I purchased a different one, which I returned because it was too small. This one is weather proof, feels nice!! Perfect for daily use n great for travel. The wide strap makes it more comfortable. This style is discontinued on the VB website, happy that Amazon has it since it really is the best crossbody. I purchased the black.

Perfect color

I have had Vera Bradley's purses before. She makes really good ones. I was looking for something different since I haven't bought a new bag in several years. so, I just happen to see this and so I checked it out. I love the pockets and how its made. I love the strap, its just the perfect length. I only like shoulder bags. Its very sturdy and the prints are so beautiful. I loved it so much, I bought the plain black, plain blue, the flowered blue, the maroon print and the black print, which is absolutely beautiful. I wish they would get back in stock the white with blue flowers. Its really nice. I guess I won't need any purses for a long time now. I'm so glad I bought these though.
