This is a good solution for a quick sugar free mouth freshener that is easy to carry and not too expensive. The Listerine strips are very pricey. I shared some strips with others around who were curious and they also liked the flavour. This is also great for my husband before going into meetings. He keeps it in the car also. Also, it isn't as strong and the Listerine strips. It is pleasantly minty, but unfortunately, the freshness doesn't last long, so you may have to have another if you feel you need it.

It's very easy to use. It's effect happens really fast. The taste is good. Being sugar-free also protects teeth. Highly effective.
