I’ve never gone wrong with Gates!

This belt does not feel like an authentic Gates belt. It had twist in it and it was very thin and cheap feeling. I took off a Gates belt with the same numbers and there was a difference in quality. Possible knock off.

Great quality belt but it started squeaking just after a few weeks. I scrapped it and bought a goodyear gatorback belt which has been running silently!

I am really pleased with this belt. I had an annoying squeak that I was sure was either a tensioner, pulley, or something so expensive I dare not even write its name. I bought the belt thinking that I would use it after doing the repairs, but I came across a website that suggested trying a new belt before anything. Though my used belt was new and passed the water squirt test, I went ahead and put this one on anyways. Darned if it didn't stop the squeak, and after I told a mechanic friend of mine, he tried it and solved a mystery squeak also. There are very few times that I would recommend using something other than OEM brand parts, and this is one of them. These belts get high ratings from people who know cars, for a reason. Well worth a few extra cents.

Half the price of a local parts store and of much higher quality.

It fit perfectly and is good quality.
