Product Update:I received an email from the seller asking about my review and how I wasn't satisfied with the item. After a couple emails back and forth and them explaining their company policy the seller wanted to send me a replacement (free of charge), which I think is excellent customer service. As we all know new items fail and they can last 1 month or 40 months, but in the end any item can fail. So to get a replacement is 100% ok with me as long as it is new. The other impressive part is they shipped and got me the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service and yes I would buy from this seller/ company again. I have set up the new charger and it is working as expected.I am changing my review on this product and the number of stars from 2 to 4. I give it one ding as the item did fail. If there was a review for customer service I would give them 5 stars. Customer service goes a long way with me.Worked for 5 months and now constantly makes a sound like the phone is going to charge and does it over and over and its not charging the phone. I tried unplugging and cleaning the unit and still will not charge the phone. Be careful as in the product description it shows a repair/replacement of 3 years image but it doesn't look like it can be returned through amazon returns.

UPDATE: I bought another one. It’s been almost 4 months, and no issues so far. I really like the convenience of this charger to take care of my phone, watch and AirPods, if necessary. It also folds flat to pack for traveling.Giving only a two rating because after 8 months of use mine stopped charging my phone. Before that I loved it! It would make the sound and appear to start charging, then immediately stop. At first I thought I wasn't placing my phone on it correctly, but I actually was! I'm on call for a health system, so my phone needs to charge at night! It was super inconvenient to get up in the morning to have my battery be at only 20%. I had liked it so much that I bought another one to see if I just got a bad one.....we shall see! I loved this charger.....I hope this one works longer than only 8 months.

Charger works perfectly fine, however, I have an otter box phone case. The charger will not recognize a phone if the case is too thick. Other than that I have no complaints. A naked phone will charge just fine.

Only charged my phone for 6 months and now phone isn’t charging. The power cord often has to be plugged in and unplugged to reset the device. I’ve had my phone die numerous times now because it’s not charging the phone anymore so I threw it out. Got an email asking if I was having any issues with the device and I told them about the issues. They said they were sending me a new one and they did. So far the new one is working well.
