Vantrue N4, N2S, X4S, N1 Pro(2023), T3 Dash Cam GPS Receiver Module Type C USB Port Car Suction Cup Mount for Windows and Mac

I purchased this module with my N4 Dashcam. It works exactly as expected. It stamps the video with current GPS coordinates every step of the drive as well as the current speed. It is very simple to use. The dashcam slides right on as it does the normal mount. For the $21 and change that it costs, it is certainly a reasonably priced accessory. If you ever need it for legal purposes it will be nice to have the extra information it provides as to location and it contains the proof of your speed at the time of any accident. It integrates perfectly with the Vantrue player, allowing it to show all the above information clearly for an entire drive. As with all suction cup windshield mounts, I would recommend removing it in extremely hot weather, but that is normal for this type of mount. In my opinion this module is not only helpful, but necessary to complete the purpose that a dashcam is designed to fill. For me it gets a full 5 stars.

PROS:-Easy to install-Suction holds at 120 degrees to glass (so far)-Accurate Grid Coordinates-Accurate speed clocking (at least with a regular gas pedal “press”.CONS:-Not really of a negative thing but the speed clocking does kind of lag when I punch it on the gas, as it takes a while for it catch up with what my speedometer it actually reading. XDOther than that, definitely a must have for the Vantrue N4 dash cam setup and worth it.

Pretty cool little gadget to add to the venture camera really recommended is very sturdy and hold strong. Also the features on them is amazing.

This is the most essential item to add GPS in order to track driving miles per hour (MPH) for the rideshare and delivery driver, as added protection in case of dispute whose fault (me or the other driver) at the site of accident or illegal attack (road rage).However, I deducted one star because of suction issue that is sometimes unstable by falling off that frustrate me while driving. During wintertime, suction might not stick and it takes effort to clean the suction by wiping suction clean then use your mouth breath to warm suction then wipe windshield spot and place it after a few seconds. Extremely cold windshield is ill-fitting for suction, in extreme case it may have to be duct taped to hold stable.

This product works great! It allows me to see the footage location on my computer and pin point exactly where an incident happened.

I purchased item on 7/16/24. Lost suction in 3/25/25. This is the 2nd time I purchased after losing suction from original after lasting me 3 years. It seems it is made to last a very short time. I wish I could purchase just the suction cup part. Very disappointed!
