I’ve bought quite a few of these over the years. This set of 6 was the first I bought in awhile, the first from Amazon.When you experience the almost slow motion falling of a glass tumbler against a hard tile floor for the millionth time, but instead of the inevitable brutal smashing you just hear a lovely bouncing of intact glass, it is disorienting and intense. It happened again tonight with one from this set, and it’s still an awesome thing. Obviously this will not occur every time, sometimes they will smash like all other glasses; but these things are wildly sturdy.I have bought these a few times in past years from wllms Snma but never received the cloth -both this set and the small (7.5) set came with the cloth which I think is a very nice touch.These (8.5) are great for small coffee, water, ice water, soda, mixed drinks, milk. The 7.5 are great for espresso, juice, whiskey, tequila. They are beautiful and excellent in every way. Cheers!N.B., these glasses are known to have a kryptonite over the years, and I have lost many of them to people who don’t know - if they are put in a dishwasher that runs very hot, they will shatter. Wash by hand.

I received my glasses earlier than expected. They're in perfect condition. The size is small, but it's perfect for someone like me, who always pours too much then end up not drinking all of it. This size helps me control how much I drink, so that I don't waste.

I agree with another reviewer that these glasses are all time classic. My family had similar ones during my childhood, so to me, they're nostalgic. They're amazing and sturdy. I'll buy again and again... and again!

The size is small to drink tea with

It was Christmastime with promises of a happy household but, our beverage glasses were slim, so, Amazon to the rescue. Not only did we receive quality and sturdy glasses for beverages, they also made terrific desserts glasses for fruit, parfaits and mousse! All in all a great product for the money and a polishing cloth was included in every box!

First order of tumblers came broken in a million pieces. Second order was the wrong size -too small. So while the glasses could be great, I have no way of knowing.
