I am a lighting designer and I normally prefer the standard 3.5inch C-clamp. I had purchased some of these in flat black nearly seven years ago and they had served me well. I found these on amazon and I was elated. They are finished in chrome and the work well. It is far easier to carry 20 of these as the weigh less than 5 3.5 inch c- clamps. As the have have a 110 pound capacity, i cannot think of any conventional light or most intelligent fixtures that exceed this weight capacity. Double win. All of you lighting folk out there, dont think twice, just buy these. You wont be disappointed. This was money well spent.

These worked great for my band lights and truss system. The only issue I had was they sent me 7 in the box instead of the 8 that was advertised in this ad. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

C clamps are c clamps! Works fine. Needs a wrench to tighten instead of having a wing nut, but works fine on a standard pole. Mine is 1.25” diameter

Make sure you are using a minimum 1 1/4 “ pipe to clamp these to . Get wonky otherwise. For the money not bad. Good quick fix
