Rugshop Distressed Abstract Watercolor Area Rug 5' x 7' Blue

My shipment arrived via UPS and they left it outside the building. Good thing I was home and Alexa alerted me that my package was delivered, otherwise I’m not sure if I’d be writing this review right now.With that said, I love the rug. I had a similar one that I purchased from wayfair in 2018, but the colors were of brighter color scheme. The colors are vibrant, the abstract design is lovely and perfect for camouflaging lent and other debris so you don’t have to vacuum as often as you would for lighter carpets. I also like that the outline of the rug is blue.After unraveling the carpet there were no wrinkles just the normal time required to allow for the corners to lay flat. Even with socks on my feet, it feels good and smells like new carpet. It’s not thick but perfect for an area rug.I love the look and quality of the rug and for the price it was a great purchase. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

This looks nice, and gets the job done, but it is very thin. If you want the plush feeling under your feet, you will probably need to upgrade to something nicer.

This is the second rug I purchased because I loved the first one so much (dog threw up on the first). I loved it so much I got the second. The second one is a MUCH darker more taupe and charcoal (less grey and pale) looking. SUPER disappointed. The second rug is still pretty. It’s just not what I wanted and the hassle of shipping. A rug back is just too much.

Of course this come with a strong smell, its carpet. No you can't open the package and it lay perfect. This comes tightly rolled in plastic, its the most cost effective and convenient way to ship. We opened it and laid it upside down in front of our sliding glass doors, yes it smelled for a day or 2 but it wasn't horrible. This is the easiest way to flatten the rug the sun helps it warm up and become more flexible and laying upside down it forces the curled edges to lay flat. Within a day and a half we were able ot flip it over and use it as intended and its kept so much dirt out! I love the colors/ pattern it matches our curtains perfectly! Also keeps the house a bit warmer since we have tile floors. Our pup loves to nap on it, its super soft. I would buy again.
