Never ever would I have thought I would write a review about laundry detergent, but here I am. I had been loyal to other blue brand that starts with a T and comes in a red bottle for years. During the height of COVID-19 my local stores ran out of that brand everywhere. During that time I tried multiple brands out of necessity and this is how I came to Persil. The first load of laundry washed with Persil changed my mind about my previous favorite detergent. Having two teenagers (a girl and boy), I live a life consumed by a never ending laundry issues. Soccer clothes, grass stains, stinky socks, pizza grease on tshirts, period stains, makeup on collars- this stuff takes it all out without the need for additional stain removers. It seems more costly on the front end, but saves me money in the end by not needing any additional laundry supplies. The cons are the usual ones with detergent: if you don't like perfumes/heavy scents you'll dislike this, if you have sensitive skin then this probably won't be your bag of tea either. Outside of that, this stuff is my new go-to and has been for the past year.

OMG! Was I glad to see Persil's "odor-fighter with odor elimination technology" detergent! It is the ONLY formula I've found...after trying many brands over the last 33 years...that actually works eliminating odors from clothes, rather thansimply trying to cover it up with overpowering, unpleasant scents which never works well.I was devastated when Persil discontinued this particular formula! I even contactedthe company to express my disappointment, but I feared it fell on deafears. That was 6-8 months ago. Although I purchased 3 large bottles of thedetergent at that time, I have been unableto locate any others for sale sincethen. Until today!! Obviously, I am thrilled to see it for sale again! Hope this is areintroduction of Persil's odor fighter w/odor-eliminating technology...withoutany changes to the formula, of course. And not that Amazon found some old stockthey're attempting to get rid of!! Time will tell if it's the preferred former option! But, for now I am a "happy camper" with mynewly purchased Persil Odor-eliminatordetergent!! At my age, simple things canbring big smiles!PERSIL...please take note!

Great detergent—cleans very well. I used Persil all the time time but lately I’ve been finding black strips of a neoprene type material in the bottle. When pouring, it fell into the measuring cup. So far I’ve found this in two separate jugs.

A dry cleaner on YT had a short on this detergent, it doesn’t take much at all, and works just as well as Tide or other brands but significantly less liquid going in per load.

I have been a Persil laundry detergent user for years and years. About a year and a half ago I ran across this scent with odor fighter and odor eliminating technology. Let me tell you.......I never need another brand again! This stuff smells sooooooo good. It makes the laundry fresh for days and days. You can smell the freshness long after it has been washed. I get so many compliments off of the freshness of my clothes. But even more important than that, I am the one that is pleased with the smell of my laundry the most. I was purchasing this from a local store, and it has been out of stock for a while now. Thankfully, I was able to find it on Amazon. The price is a little higher than I was paying before for the quantity that is given. But I am just glad to have found it at all.
