As all ER are products, this loaf pan keeps an even heat throughout cooking. It is my go to pan for meatloaf.

I use it to cook bread, so 465°F, and it is just perfect, if doesn't move. Also used it for cakes and the surface is smooth enough that they don't stick to it. That makes the dish easy to clean too.It looks good, I usually have ugly cookware, but this one is simple and nice.I will probably buy a bigger one though.
