Overpriced JUNK
Dead-on-arrival. The unit makes a squealing sound when the power button is depressed indicating a POS power component. The last time I heard a squealing sound like that was from an overpowered cheap Chinese flashlight. The battery compartment is a joke. The keypad is very cheap 80's-style membrane bunk. I can't believe the audacity of these guys to try to sell this thing to radio guys... although enough of them fall for it, apparently. I'd guess that most of these "global" reviews are "agents" of rigexpert. Overall, shockingly cheaply made. Even the box is flimsy junk. Wow. I'd estimate that this costs around $40 to make.
