Great product
This is an awesome product! If you’re looking to strengthen your cup and get a huge forearm pump, this is your product. It does everything it’s supposed to do and it holds a lot of weight. One of my favorite tools to use.

Not a bad peice of equipment but handle is kinda flimsy and slippery. Handled the slippery part with sports tape. Plastic handle needs to be made out of thicker plastic especially for the price

Nice product
It’s been working excellently. Me and a group of about 5 guys use it as part of our armwrestling training and have used it for multiple workouts. It’s easily supported the heaviest lift so far of 120 lbs
