I purchased this hand held chainsaw for the smaller jobs that still required a chainsaw but didn’t warrant getting my large electric chainsaw out. This handheld model is superb cuts through wood like it means business no effort at all. I haven’t used the 8” bar yet as I have managed the work with the 6” bar. I have a wood burning stove and my fuel comes in 12 foot trees that have to be cut into blocks then split for my stove. I can use the hand held for the smaller trees and to get into the more awkward areas. I have only used this saw a few times so no comments on durability but for sure pass marks on quality, sharpness and performance.

Screwfix are selling these for £20 each yet you can buy a 3 pack on here for around £30. Crazy different in price. Great quality as you would expect from a reputable brand. Sharp and easy to fit.

Cuts through wood just great, caught a little bit of soil (not rocks, just soft soil) and it instantly dulled the blade. Went through 3 in about an hour as the roots I was cutting through were all sat in a bit of soil.
