A bit flimsy
These hoops are a bit flimsy and a bit challenging to get around my embroidery / needlepoint fabric... but did finally work okay. I guess I got what I paid for.

Seems like good quality
It works just fine for my use. I have only used the smaller size to embroider on a denim jacket.
