I have been using this product since October 13 and I definitely started to see results within just a few days of using the product. This is the only product I have used that actually does what it says it’s going to do.I am 20 years old and I get very bad hormonal acne on my chin, I have very conspicuous pores on my my nose and I already have fine lines forming under my eyes and around my mouth (thanks to the stress of school).I have very sensitive skin so harsh products that I have used for the hormonal acne seemed to make my fine lines worse. I couldn’t find any cleansers before that claimed to help with fine lines, so I tried heavier creams that made my acne worse. Not to mention everything I used made me look red and made my face sting.I came upond this and decided to try it since it’s a good price and seemed to have very good reviews. I am so glad I did! My pores look smaller, its gentle on my sensitive skin, doesn’t make me red or make my face sting, and I wake up the next moring with pimples looking smaller and smaller. My face doesn’t look red but looks like porcelain in the morning! Plus, a little goes a long way! It’s wonderful!I recommend (so others get the same results) that anything else in your beauty routine that isn’t for sensitive skin (and make sure you check the ingredients, not just the label) get rid of. Then you will really see the effects of the cleanser. Also, make sure to check your make up (I started using bare minerals a week ago, Which made a big difference) If you just put the same stuff on your skin that aggravated it to begin with, no cleanser in the world is going to fix that completely. This product will work better (though it still works either way) if you are not counteracting it with harsh products.Another thing I want to mention is that the customor service is wonderful. I ordered this again for back stock and the product had leaked. I called the customer service, left a message and they got back to me within a few hours! The man I talked to was very friendly, apologetic, and promised to send another one as soon as possible. He even took the time to talk with me about the philosophy of the brand and the best way to use the cleanser (I was using it twice a day which is what is directed but he also said you can use it once a day at nightime and then wash with water in the morning if you want to make the product last. But that’s only if you feel like you don’t need to cleanse in the morning. Now that I have seen the full effects of the cleanser, I think thats what i’ll do.) this was super interesting and fun. Usually customer service representatives feel rather hurried when you talk to them, but this one took his time and was super friendly!Love this brand! Please don’t change anything about this product especially because it’s perfect!

Fantastic toner, leaves my skin clean, smooth and NOT thirsty for more moisture.Recently I started using a basic witch hazel toner and for the money, it was ok. I was reordering my Neutrogena Cleansing Gel when I decided to switch and try something else. My ingredient requirements were that it had to have glycerin and hyuralonic acid and not contain anything that I know is disruptive to my skin. I am a little leery of the retinyl and one other ingredient but we shall see what happens. I would describe my skin as mature and sensitive, combination oily/normal, has acne, scars and large pores, is hormonal crazy and has cystic acne flare ups sometimes and I have a really bad habit of picking my face when there are bumps.I don’t know what I expected from this toner but with my first use, it has had a very good effect on my skin. I washed my face and then showered. During the shower, I washed my hair, so after getting out of the shower, I washed my face again. Then I used the toner and was surprised at the amount of dirt and dead skin on the cotton pad. So, for me right there the “Clean” part of the name is true for me. I have used this toner a few more times and the amount of dirt on the cotton pad is far less but the first use results surprised me. After four uses, my skin feels very supple and does not look dull. The fragrance is very subtle. As you wipe around your nose and cheeks area, you will notice a subtle scent that smells like you are at a spa. The bottle says fragrance free but I do like how it smells. The container has a pump to dispense and I like that a lot. That will cut down on wasting the product, especially when using very thirsty facial cotton pads. In just a couple of uses you can figure out the number of pumps you need. I don’t wear makeup, so I can’t speak to this product cleaning residual makeup but from my initial experience I would expect this to leave you with a very clean face.My results have been clean skin and the feel is as if I have used a very light moisturizer. With winter arriving early, my routine is to wash my face at night, toner, moisturizer and lastly Barberry Fig oil. I use a 10% glycolic serum twice a week a night. For the morning, no cleanser, I’ll let my toner do the cleansing and then layer on my moisturizers and oil. An easy routine to get me thru the cold months and this toner fits in perfectly.

Very nice and benign facewash for someone here with sensitive skin. The formula leaves your face feeling squeaky clean and tight (which is a feeling that someone with aging skin prefers). The only reason for 4 stars was that they have changed the pump style and I find it squirts a much smaller amount of the formula than it used to, which is definitely not enough to wash your makeup off. Otherwise, the wash is gentle and has a very unaggressive smell.

I have super sensitive skin and typically do not change up my face products at all because I fear it will cause an eczema break out...but I was going to the ocean for a trip and knew I needed a face wash that had aloe in it to help protect my face from any burn I may have gotten. So I decided to buy the travel size of this face wash and give it a shot because I'd read nothing but great things. Instantly I fell in love with this face wash. It stopped my face from peeling, it smells delicious, it feels wonderful when you put it on and it leaves your skin looking dewey and natural. I am absolutely obsessed with this face wash and I will continue to get it ALWAYS! Just a pump or two is all you need for the magic to happen.

This is a solid face toner...not drying and not oily. My skin is sensitive, starting to age and is mostly dry. I like that this toner does not cause my skin to react and recommend it for others with sensitive skin. I do not agree with others that it is moisturizing, for me it is just not drying. Overall, it "sets the tone" for my serum and skin oil that I apply after using this toner. I plan to continue buying this.After another year I am upping my review to 5 stars. I tried another toner that cost less but had what seemed to be similar ingredients. Not the same... my skin did not react well, and I found my skin craving Onsen. I won’t switch again.
