I have been using this for a long time (over a year) wrapped around my legs and feet. I can only assume it's helping my circulation but I have never found anything to help the tingling and numbness of my feet and legs. I had originally made a cardboard backing I attached it to so I could sit on the floor with my legs through the cutout in the backing and used it for my upper body. I later just used it for my legs and feet.

The company is based in China so I was hesitant about the product support. The item description said that they offered 1-year replacement and support so I tried it.I purchased it almost eleven months ago. It worked initially and then I hadn't used it in in several months. When I tried it, yesterday, the red lights weren't turning on. I reached out to support and they responded. We had a few messages back and forth with troubleshooting tips and they successfully helped me to resolve the problem! It is working again!

I actually bought this for my dog when he hurt his leg. He laid quietly on the couch every day while I held it in place. He healed up nicely. When I hurt my back, i thought I’d give it a try. It’s wonderful! It gets pleasantly warm, but never hot. It’s easy to use and with the Velcro strap, it can be applied to just about any painful area. One of the first things we pack when we go camping and it gets a lot of use at our house. Definitely worth the money, and I have recommended to many friends.

Update: The company responded to my review in a timely manner and replaced mymat. Thank you! It was just in time as 5 more light went out! I believe it has been since I started using the blinking mode. Don't know. I don't know how much it has helped with my nerve pain in my foot but it sure feels good. I have to believe the deep penetration is doing good. It has helped with pain in my shoulder. I would recommend giving it a tryI use this on my ankle while watching tv everyday. It has not even been a year and 10 diodes are not working. Others have life time warranty???? Can't find a customer service number anywhere????

I had been using the red light pad on and off for the past year. No complaints with the product when it was working. A few days after the product support ended a number of the red lights went out. It’s a rather expensive product for it to be as temporary as it is.

This red light band is great. Easy to use, light, value for the money and best of all my dog loves it!I have a 12 y/o senior dog who suffers from arthritis and back problems. I didn’t want to load her up on meds so decided to give this try. She now expects her red light therapy for bedtime.The timer is a great feature! I let it run on her back , front and back paws and legs. It’s been over a month and I have to say I believe it has given her some much needed relief.

This mat helped with pain and heating up before fasciablasting, but after awhile 1/2 the lights stopped working. Had same issue with the belt, thought the bigger mat would be better and it did last longer. Just frustrated, I don't want to have to buy a new one every few months, so I haven't. But I miss it

When my husband first brought to my attention red light therapy and all of the potential benefits it has, I was a bit skeptical. I was left wondering how red light can do anything for the body as it's a mat that just shines the light onto the area of the body that you want to target. I thought about it some more and researched myself for the benefits that red light therapy has. We discussed some more and I decided to give it a try. The mat came and I tried it out. When I first tried it out I again thought how does this do anything? So I gave it a few more tries and then made it a habit a few times a week. I've continued to use the mat 3-4x/week and have noticed a difference specifically in my legs where I have some cellulite. While it has not totally gone away, the "lumps" and the fat pockets have decreased in size. I have also noticed that my legs look and feel more toned than they have in the past even with consistent exercise. I like that this mat has 5 different settings on the intensity of the light, as well as other options like flashing, length of time, etc. While using, the mat makes you feel nice and relaxed especially if you use it after a long day. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!
