Great Tool!
I would say that it is more responding to daily prompts rather than a true workbook or free writing journal . I was trying to restart journaling since neglecting the task 17 years ago. It has totally gotten me back into the habit and holds me accountable. not for everyone- IMO probably best for those who are just starting journaling or picking up the old habit. It is also a book you can buy time and again as you continue to learn and grow. worth the purchase and reasonable price!

Great potential
I love this book I love what it stands for it seems to be really organized but I can’t get past the first page. To get things started you have to write down your purpose in life guess I better get another book for that

habit-building journal
This Easy Habits Journal promotes building and keeping habits over a 12-week period. This journal is broken down into an intro section that details the breakdown between good and bad habits, how to make habits stick, and how to use the journal. The journal section - the largest section - is broken down into daily pages, weekly pages, and 28-day check-ins every 28 days. The daily pages track the date, gratitude, today's habit goals, habit motivation check on a scale of 1-5, mood emoji, a reflection on what influenced habits that day, and daily habit check in where you check off habits you are focusing on that stuck that day.The weekly check-in pages are for reflecting on the habit goals of the week - what went well and did not, influence, modifications for the next week, advantages, and next week's habit goals. The 28-day check-ins is where you break down the habit goals for the period, how often habits were performed vs now, progress, what went well and did not, influence, modifications, and next habit goals. This is a good guided journal that is habit-focused.

Functional journal for habits
This book is structured as a 12 week journal for tracking your habits. The book opens with a chapter on the background of habits and why they are important. The next chapter helps to lay out how to use the journal to get the most out of it. The rest of the book (the bulk of the pages) consists of daily and weekly check-ins for actively tracking habits over the course of 12 full weeks. This book is useful, but you will definitely have to put in the work each day to get the most out of it.

Overall, just ok
It's a new year, and that means for most people trying to make some shifts in their daily habits to work towards a goal, myself included. I was excited for this, but overall just found it just okay. There are only about 30 pages of comments and notes on improving habits, and the rest of the book is just pages for daily tracking. For the price of the book, I think there are better alternatives. But if you want something simple, clear, and in one space (vs creating your own sheets or app), it's fine.

Good guided journal for those wanting to change habits
I think this is a good guided journal for someone wanting to change their habits. I thought the information at the front of the book was helpful--called The Low Down on Habits. The book is written and desinged by a licensed psychologist, which I think gives it more credibility for me.There are pages each day to write details about the day including what you are grateful for, today's habit goals, motivation checklist, space to write about your mood for the day and then a daily habit check-in at the end of the day. Each day is exactly the same. I think the repetition helps build the habits.I received a copy of this book from the publisher through the Amazon Vine Program. All opinions within this review are my own.

helpful and inspiring
This journal is quite nice and lays out how to make habits and the science behind it. It allows you to think about what habits you want to make and lays out a plan to hold yourself accountable. There are writing prompts and lots of empty lined pages for you to journal. A really great starting point when youre not entirely sure how to start or to get back on track.
