Perfect adapter to go to a 180mm rotor
Went from a 160 rotor to a 180 rotor in the rear, this worked perfectly!

You need this if you have a front 160!!!
Easy to install (not sure how someone could mess this up). Got me up to a 180mm rotor on my talon, also changed over to organic pads (I like quiet, and shimano rotors are whiny, lol). Feels great now, just need to get my hydro brakes now and the bike is done.

Works to adapt road bikes from 140mm => 160mm
This is indeed a +20mm adaptor rather than strictly a => 180mm adaptor, and will work for post mount road bikes fitted stock 140mm up front to move to a more modern 160mm.Unfortunately to accomplish this on a post-mount setup requires changing bolts lengths and caliper angles, which necessitates those goofy adjustable-angle cup washers that used to be used to level out rim brake pads.Anyway, all of this should fade into a mostly pleasant memory once we can all afford to upgrade to stock 160mm flat mount thru-axle discs, but in the meantime it gets the job done.

Upgraded my 160mm rotors to 180mm
I used generic rotors and Shimano m-6120 calipers. It's was super easy to install. Both my frame and fork are post mount with 160mm native spacing.

Finally
Finally was able to fit the Avid BB7 with the 180mm discs. Worked out great.
