Great console organizer!
Fit my 2021 Rav4 console perfectly! The silicone pads mimic my interior pattern so the tray looks like OEM. The console is deeper than my 2014 Rav4 and without this organizer, I thought it would become a disorganized, jumbled mess. Easy to fit sunglasses, tissues, etc and keep them clean. Very happy with this purchase!

Product description did not say it come in 4 pieces to constructed by buyer
The "shelf" has to be constructed by the buyer. It is NOT a one-piece molded plastic. The end pieces do NOT snap together to make a solid whole. As a bunch of individual pieces, it is vastly overpriced. Other buyers should look for a a better, single molded piece that will function as a solid one-piece unit. I do not recommend it.
