OvationCE48P-RG Celebrity Elite Plus Super Shallow Regal to Natural Acoustic/Electric Guitar with Gig Bag and Guitar Stand

This is a beautiful instrument. I am a novice player but I can certainly hear a distinct difference when playing notes and chords on this guitar when compared to some of my other guitars. This guitar's body just resonates and "sings out/projects clearly" when notes and chords are played. This guitar is now my favorite 6 string to play daily and sound great with the on-board EQ settings played through my Peavey Viper amp.

Action is a mile high. Needs major adjustments. Great sound. Arrived unplayable.

The art on the soundboard panels didn't match and the action was so high that barre chords couldn't be accurately played after the 7th fret.

This guitar resonates quite loud, and has a nice, rich, warm tone. I have to play softer than usual, otherwise I can't hear the other musicians in my acoustic group. I honestly thought the shallow body would dampen or somehow limit the acoustic volume, but not at all. It's honestly almost as deep and resonant as my acoustic full-body 12-string, also by Ovation. It's gorgeous in sound and appearance. Well worth the price.

Beautiful instrument that played very well right out of the box. I had a personal issue in that my 65 year old arthritic fingers and hands found the neck a bit on the narrow side and made it clumsy forming chords. So even though I had to send it back it should be noted that I was very sorry to have to do so.

Entire experience was excellent! Vendor went above and beyond to answer questions and provide minor adjustments post-sale. I am completely satisfied with this purchase!

Sounds great plugged up but not as good not plugged in still a real nice guitar
