Unit works great in our retail digital signage application over Cat5e cable.
We are using this to send digital signage content from a player out to 4 different TV's in a retail setting. According to a Fluke network tester, the furthest run was about 45 meters over Cat 5e cable. This device worked flawlessly. We are using it for 1080p content, no audio, and leveraging the POE functionality of this unit. Our previous sender system died and it required power adapters on all of the receivers. It was a much older OREI model. This new redesigned model is better because there are no power adapters needed on the receivers. The HDBitT transmission medium results in a pristine image, free of sparkles or artifacts that you can see on noisy, long run Cat 5e or lesser quality cable on some other solutions "proprietary" signal over twisted pair tech.So far so good, I recommend this unit for any commercial, retail or even a home setting where you want to send content from one source to up to 4 sources. It is 4k ready, has RS232 serial control as well as Digital and Analog audio extraction from the HDMI source - great features we don't need but you might. It has a convenient HDMI output so we are able to monitor the content from the network closet so we know a good source is being provided to the unit for sending out in the field.

So far so good!
Just arrived today. So far so good. It runs over a 100ft HDMI for input with no problem. Wireless puck input great quality running from my Samsung S24. Seems to be good so far.

Excellent quality and works flawlessly!
I have my 4 game consoles setup as inputs and the 4 tvs in my house as the outputs and I can switch back and forth depending on which room I’m in. I can play the Xbox while my son plays his PlayStation in different rooms.

Been using it for years. Great little video distro system.
This HDMI over cat6 matrix (210 foot version) has been working great for years. It's the most reliable video distribution method we have on stage.Everything else had occasional video corruption or dropouts. Even expensive dual link SDI gear had problems. This OREI HDMI over cat6 matrix just keeps humming along with the best consistent performance of anything we've used. (While always using edid emulators to keep HDMI resolution changing from causing chaos in the video system). Two thumbs up. Would buy again.

Doesn't work directly with all HDbaseT projectors and the fan is little noisy.
Purchased the 1x8 splitter/extender to wire up my 3 new Epson projectors that have HDbaseT receivers built in. Orei support told me that it doesn't work with all projectors. I ended up using the Orei receivers on all my devices and just connecting through HDMI. All seems to work well and have a great picture. The receivers seem to run a little warm, but not overly hot. The fan on the transmitter is a little loud. Louder than a PC, but quieter than the fans on my old projector. Overall I am happy with it and would probably purchase it again.

Exactly what I was looking for but with issues ...
UPDATE: Device stopped working. Everything looks like it is fine but the remote screens are not displaying picture. This could / would be what I want it to do but running into some issues. This was bought to replace a different brand that works but at the time, did not include IR.1. The receivers cannot be powered over the ethernet cable. You have to plug in all receivers.2. The IR blaster is big. My source sits on a shelf with no room in front to install the IR blaster. I typically can install other IR blasters up against the IR of the source. This has a solid bottom so when I tried to install it like other smaller typical IR blasters, the IR receiver does not see it. My fix was to wrap the cable with a fairly stiff wire and have it stick out from the shelf so that it can get a good line with the IR receiver. I will need to play with this multiple more times to see if I can get it to work without sticking out (sticking out runs into issues with people possibly bumping into it)3. The receiver on one device works as it should. The other one however, when I press a button on the remote, it mutes what is playing until its done executing the command. This is an issue because if I am listening to music while going thru the source (like viewing pictures), then my music will annoying cut out every time I press the button on the remote.4. I get artifacts on the screen at the receiver side. I was able to hit the reset button on the receiver and thought it was good. Then when I went to the other receiver and worked on that. Came back to the first receiver and getting artifacts again. I haven't play with it too much but if I need to press the reset button regularly, I will need to make sure I install it behind the TV where its easy to access.5. The receiver on occasion blacks out. I put this at #5 because it happened a couple times while testing and I wasn't pressing anything. So if this continues, it would be a major issue.
