Volume constantly maxes out - have to remove batteries to stop it
Remote worked great, then all of a sudden my soundbar's volume was going up to max all on its own. Took me a while to figure out it's a defective remote. Soon as I pulled the batteries, the volume stopped going up on its own.

Universal?????????
Just a little disappointed in this unit. This "universal" controller works fine on my Samsung television, but when I try to use it to select something on Roku, the directional selectors jump all over the place and I can't make a selection.

Perfect replacement
This is a perfect replacement for a Samsung TV. I have an older Plasma which has an exceptional screen at 240hz that needed a replacement remote. This remote is better than the original and all TV features and remote functions work perfectly.
