It's not as deep..
My only complaint is that it's not as deep as it seems. More like a faux stream than a faux river. I will make it work regardless.

I just ordered one. It’s a great price. With the bad reviews you people are giving you need to remember it’s not high quality wood, it’s plywood. Plywood in general has imperfections no matter what. You guys should read the descriptions before purchasing. I only gave 4 stars cause I haven’t used it yet. I’ll review again when I do.

Did not work well with resin.
product is as described. too flimsy for use with resin.

Bought 2 and neither layed flat
Not the end of the world. They were cheap enough to practice a hobby stream on.

This isBasically plywood with a little to the middle missing out of the top layer so you can fill it in with epoxy resin. Maybe quarter inch thick overall. Personally I feel like the nine dollar and something price tag is a little high I paid $2.50 for mine at Walmart on clearance normal price is five dollars though. I do think it’s certainly thicker than construction paper as one reviewer stated
