Pain relief!
Sock feels awkward only because it is forcing you to sleep in a way that you aren't used to but man the pain relief it brings when you wake up in the morning and take that first step out of bed is priceless.

Worked really well, but...
It held my foot at a 90-degree angle to my leg, which is what it was supposed to do. Unfortunately, it caused a lot of pain in my big toe (which has had issues with an ingrown nail). The pain was such that I was forced to discontinue using it. I don't fault the product, but I notice that others have had a similar problem.

Too small. My bestie ordered me the right size. Waiting for it.

Works great if put slippers inside
I've bought many braces for PF, and all put too much pressure on my bunions except this one. So I love the sock. The only problem is it holds the foot up by pulling up on the toes. That's an unnatural position and gave me charlie horses in both feet within 20 mins. So I bought a pair of soft slippers that have a hard rubber sole and put them down in these socks. This way, when the toes are pulled up, the foot comes up as a straight unit rather than the toes bending upward. It's the perfect solution for me compared to all the others I've tried, and they don't wake me up at night now.

Good concept. Poor design. Uncomfortable to wear overnight
The pull point is from behind the toes making it very painful, over time, on the top of the toes and the top of the foot from being bent backwards. Would be better if it was designed to pull back your foot from across the bottom of your foot and across the ball of your foot. I wasn’t able to tolerate it overnight and it kept me awake trying to adjust it.

Works well
After one night of wear, woke up not in pain.

The best I've tried
I've tried other types of overnight calf stretching devices and this sock is the most comfortable to use. Harder boot options are more effective but took them off in the night because they dug into my leg. This sock type is more comfortable to use consistently.
