Great product!
Great item! It is not overly big and works well under my work desk at home. I would not bring it to an office because it is a bit loud (as most treadmills are). I lost the remote when I moved and even though it was probably a year or so ago that I purchased this item, they were willing to replace it for free! They have very responsive customer support through Amazon, and the treadmill is still going strong!

Customer service is exemplary
I have really enjoyed my treadmill- it’s perfect for what I needed. I needed assistance with my remote and I heard from customer service within minutes of messaging them through Amazon. It was determined that I needed a new remote and customer service sent me a new remote free of charge. Company was easy to work with and stands behind their product. Their customer support is truly designed to support their customers- thank you- grateful that my walking pad continues to be useful!!

Does not match the listing title but does what I bought it to do
Note: Description says 2-in-1, but this is *not* the 2-in-1 model. It's under-desk only. That said, for the 15 minutes it has been working so far I am happy with my purchase. The weight is reasonable for a petite woman to manage alone, particularly with the well-balanced structure and the front wheels. (Without the wheels it would be hopeless.) It was well packaged and everything worked right out of the box. The belt is smooth and is both wide and long enough for my natural stride (which is long and fast, to make up for my short stature). It's a bit of a balancing act to get used to, but that's not an inherently bad thing. Quite the opposite. But be aware if you have balance issues that it may take some adjustment, and you will want to be doubly cautious. I can already tell I would prefer a slight incline, so that's worth taking into consideration if your knees or hips are less functional than they used to be. I've typed this whole review while walking at 2.5mph though, and after a slight matter of getting used to the idea it's perfectly fine. Good for working on my proprioceptive senses.

Excellent customer service
I had mine for just over a year when it stopped working. Customer service was super helpful with troubleshooting. When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, they promptly started the replacement process. Extremely happy with the walking treadmill & the customer service!

Amazing customer service
I purchased this treadmill about 2.5 years ago. I use it every weekday for at least 7 hours (walking slow pace). It is still working great! The display values are no longer accurate but otherwise it is working perfectly.I recently reached out to the company about getting a new remote because the buttons on the one I have was starting to have a delay in response and the seller replied within 12 hours for each message even on the weekend and worked with me to get a new remote. Customer service is 10/10. Will purchase another one of these treadmills if needed when the time comes.

So far so good: Edit: disappointed.
I bought this after tons of research, on a limited budget trying to get the best deal in a large market of cheap walking pads with contradictory reviews. From what I gauged, you either get a treadmill that works like it's meant to, or a defective unit. It's been a few weeks for me and I've used mine quite heavily- I love it. Setting it up was a breeze, and I love how easy it to get it around my room with the built in wheels (hardwood floor). Like another user said, I don't think it tracks the steps accurately, but I think it does well with everything else. I also like that it stands vertically on its own without needing to lean against a wall. Makes it really easy to just put anywhere convenient. All in all, I'm really hoping it lasts and will try and update this review as time goes on to let you all know how it holds up! From what the more recent reviews state, customer service seems to have gotten loads better or I wouldn't have taken the risk.Edit at 11 month mark:I originally gave this five stars, but lowered it to three. I'd go with 2.5 if I'm being honest. So, everything went well for several months. I used the treadmill daily for up to an hour, and I used the lubricating oil as recommended. However, at the 4-5 month mark, the belt deviated left. It began making a high, whining noise as it rubbed against the side of the machine, and I opened up the booklet to find that this is an expected issue and there's a step by step on how to fix it. You take a wrench, loosen or tighten the necessary screw, let the belt run a bit, and things should be fine. However, getting the belt center was NOT easy for me. After following all the steps, I ended up with the top of the left belt refusing to move to the center, while the bottom of the left side deviating all the way right. Moving it either way did not center it, but it did work a little, only for the issue to persist over and over again. Every few walks, I'd need to spend twenty minutes fixing it. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a long instruction step by step on how to unscrew the entire top, and fix the belt in a more complicated manner. However, I have a disability that doesn't allow me to bend, crouch, and fix things, so I just gave up. I've been using it, but have decided to just fully ignore the whining screech of the belt shredding against the side of the machine as it deviates.I purchased this machine on sale during 2022 black friday for 379, it has been 270ish for quite a while now off sale, so it just rubs salt on the wound.
